Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.
1) Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2) Return Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it,
- Unworn/unused, with tags,
- In the original packaging, and
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3) How to Start a Return (No Return Label Provided)
- Request a return authorization by emailing us at ecommerce.emea@powerprobe.com.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) reference.
- You must arrange and pay for the return shipping. We do not supply a return shipping label.
- Please ship your item to the address below, clearly including your order number and RMA inside the parcel:

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ecommerce.emea@powerprobe.com with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and put things right.
Do not ship defective/incorrect items back before receiving instructions from us.
5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),
- Custom or personalized products,
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products),
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
- Sale items and gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
7) European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; we do not provide return labels.
8) Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at ecommerce.emea@powerprobe.com.
