Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We ship from the United Kingdom to the United Kingdom, the European Union and a small number of other European countries. We do not currently ship outside Europe.
United Kingdom — England & Wales
- Orders below £100 GBP: £10 GBP shipping fee
- Orders of £100 GBP or more: Free shipping

United Kingdom — Scotland, Northern Ireland & BFPO
- Shipping fee: £15 GBP on all orders. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.
