Power, ground and diagnostics. One probe.
The Power Probe 4 (PP4) is the next generation of the Power Probe circuit tester — the signature power-and-ground probe now loaded with multimeter functions, eight diagnostic modes and an easy-to-read colour LCD. Touch the tip to a circuit to apply battery voltage or ground through the 23 ft lead, read volts, resistance, frequency and pulse width on one screen, and pulse fuel injectors or test module drivers from the same rugged tool.

Features & functions
- Applies battery power or ground directly at the probe tip to actuate motors, relays, lights and solenoids
- Eight diagnostic modes: DC volts, AC volts RMS, AC peak-to-peak, resistance, frequency, pulse width, fuel injector and module driver
- Colour LCD with back light shows multiple readings on one screen; LED work lights illuminate the job
- 0.1mA floating tip designed for computer-safe module-driver testing
- Auto-reset 8 amp circuit breaker and a rugged housing built for daily workshop use
- 23 ft (7 m) heavy-duty lead, works on 12V and 24V systems, and pairs with the ECT3000 circuit tracer
