Two tools. One diagnostic workflow.
The Power Probe 4 Master Combo Kit pairs the Power Probe 4 (PP4) advanced circuit tester with the PPECT3000 Electronic Circuit Tracer and a full adapter set in a hard carry case. The PP4 powers and measures components; the ECT3000 locates the physical position of shorts and open circuits inside the harness — without removing panels, carpet or molding.

Features & functions
- Power Probe 4 supplies battery power or ground at the probe tip to functionally test motors, lamps, relays, sensors and injectors — on or off the vehicle
- Advanced PP4 signal modes: multiple DC readouts, ohmmeter, continuity, bad-ground, AC-RMS, peak-to-peak, frequency and pulse width
- Dedicated fuel-injector mode and a PCM/ECM driver test for safely exercising computer-controlled driver circuits
- PPECT3000 tracer locates shorts and open circuits inside the harness without removing panels, carpet or molding
- Adjustable receiver sensitivity (1–8 in / 3–20 cm) to zero in on the exact fault location
- PPECT mode pairs the PP4 with the tracer to pinpoint open circuits
- Full adapter set — bulb, universal, alligator, blade, back-probe and piercing probes — in a hard carry case
Computer-safe: the PP4's 0.1 mA floating tip and self-resetting 8 A thermal breaker protect both the vehicle's modules and the tool — no fuses to replace.
