Power Probe III. More ways to connect.

The Power Probe III Lead Set Combo Kit (PP3LS01) pairs the classic 12–24 V DC circuit tester with the Gold Series Lead Set and a moulded carry case. Check voltage, polarity and continuity, or apply battery power and ground to suitable components. With extension cables, piercing probes and connection adapters included, the kit gives you more options for reaching and testing vehicle circuits.

Features & functions
  • Choose the lead for the job: the Gold Series Lead Set includes 1, 3 and 6 ft leads for different connection distances around the vehicle or workbench.
  • Reach further: extend the standard 20 ft power cable with the included 20 ft extension, giving approximately 12 m of combined reach for larger vehicles.
  • Access wiring and adapt connections: small and large piercing probes, 4 mm male/male and female/female adapters, and an alligator-clip adapter provide a range of connection options.
  • Check circuit voltage: the digital voltmeter reads 0–70 V DC and captures minimum and maximum voltage. Red/green indicators and audible feedback help identify polarity and continuity.
  • Test component operation: use the rocker switch to supply battery power or ground at the probe tip when checking suitable relays, lamps and motors on 12/24 V DC systems.
  • Connect and organise: use the battery clips or cigarette-lighter adapter to power the tester. The moulded carry case keeps the tester and accessories together between jobs.
  • See the test point: dual work lights illuminate the area around the probe tip when working in darker parts of the vehicle.
The accessories are part of the kit: the extension, three lead lengths, two piercing probes and connection adapters are supplied alongside the Power Probe III, all organised in a carry case.
